PQA's Quality Assurance Program is designed to provide an overview of the entire loan file with specific emphasis on the credit quality of the loan. The review includes a comprehensive analysis of the credit package, underwriting decision, compliance, and closing documents.
Our Comprehensive Quality Control Review With Full Re-verification covers:
a. Closed Loans,
b. Assumed Loans with full Credit Documents, and
c. Modified Loans with full Credit Documents
PQA's standard Quality Assurance services are outlined in the Quality Assurance Master Agreement. This review includes; the credit decision, a desk review of the appraisal, documentation and compliance, re-verification of written third party documentation, and mortgager review of final application. The review results are analyzed and presented in a Management Report Booklet. (Price does not include cost of credit reports and field review appraisals. These items will be ordered by PQA, and will be invoiced directly to you by the vendor.)
